Casual Korean dining at its best! 8st. Kitchen is the latest Korean Restaurant development in NYC's West Village and the brainchild of 15 year restaurant veterans, and under the same management as 3rd Floor Cafe, Korean lounge in Murray Hill NYC by Jungmin Kim. The space is contemporary, casual with a sleek, retro-chic design yet still very warm and inviting. 8st Kitchen is set to open the first week of November 2009 and will feature moderately priced, authentic, small plate, Korean dishes with an assortment of carefully selected wines and beers. Open for dinner only in its first few months, 8St. Kitchen is the perfect place for groups, as most of their tables can accommodate up to 6 diners. Check back with us for final dates of the Grand Opening and be the first to taste the best Korean food the West Village has to offer! Reservations are not required, but recommended

If you want a break from the crowds and the traditional Ktown korean restaurant scene, you should definitely check out 8th St. Kitchen. The food, staff, and service was excellent and beyond all expectations and the warm yet chic interior will not disappoint. Can't wait for our next 8th st meal!!!"
