What a great surprise!

We were in the city with our two small children on Valentines Day. Trying to find a restaurant without a reservation was next to impossible. After walking around for a while we stumbled across Mulligans (which happened to be right under our noses, only a few blocks from our hotel). We were greeted by Caroline, the waitress. She was a breath of fresh air. The whole place was full of friendly people. The food was awesome. I had a burger. It was delicious. My husband had the shepard's pie, again another winner. The waitress made up a special plate of kid friendly food for the "wee ones" as she referred to them. I cannot say enough good things about Mulligan's. If you want a comfortable, friendly, yummy place to eat, try Mulligans. You won't be disappointed.

Great Irish pub... great staff- bartenders are friendly as are the waitresses. Food is great... the corned beef couldn't be better if I made it myself. I make sure to always stop in when I'm in the area... now that I've found the best Irish Guiness in the city, I'll never stop drinking it! I make sure to pass along the name and address to anyone visiting NYC. I give this place a 10!

Great after for after work drinks. I spent a few nights for the Christmas vacation at this bar and now is one of my favourite in the city. The two waitresses were friendly and helpful. Food was excellent espically the cornbeef.

I had a recommendation posted here already once. Since I visited recently after my early retirement, the food is still great (w/exceptions), the booze flowing, full Imperial pints for the tap beer, and the bartenders are one of the secret treasures of the place. Each one is friendly, yet unique. Service is excellent for both the bar and the dining area. I've heard Irish visitors astounded at the quality of the Guiness Draft. Can't stand the stuff myself. Not really a pick-up joint, but, who knows? Great for lunch or after work.

Any Irish fan will love this quaint watering hole. Irish bartenders - 10, Irish beer - 10, the great food helps to counter the alcohol free flowing through your veins! An all around good time!
