New York Restaurants

Things to do in New York

No place in the world has restaurants like New York. No matter what you’re looking for to eat, if you can’t find a restaurant that serves it in New York, it simply doesn’t exist.

New York is also home to some best chefs in the world, so your dining experience will be first rate. Can’t decide which superb option to choose? Use The Commons at HelloNewYorkCity.com to help you find and decide on a great New York City restaurant.

One option is the Twenty One Club. It is a quintessential experience. It offers amazing American cuisine and has an award-winning wine list.

If you know your chefs, you might recognize the work of Alain Ducasse. His restaurant at the St. Regis Hotel is world-renowned and has a good balance between culinary skill and the elegance of the hotel. He’s known for his contemporary approach to dining and his refined plating skills and flavor profiles.

If you are looking for something different, and perhaps Scandinavian, try Aquavit, a great restaurant that opened in 1987. When it opened it was the first Scandinavian restaurant in New York in 25 years, but now others have popped up because it became so popular. It’s popular for its list of aqua vitae, extra-refined distilled spirits drinks.

For a more classic choice, try the Blue Hill restaurant. It’s a small neighborhood bistro that is both warm and affordable. It’s small and intimate and prides itself on its speedy service and its focus on seasonal and local produce.

You might also want to try Montrachet, which has been recently renovated and is one of the most successful restaurants in Tribeca. Inside it is elegant, but still airy and classic, and the creative and delicious food mimics the inviting atmosphere.

For an edgier option, try the Gotham Bar and Grill, which has been open since 1984. It serves American cuisine with a twist. The restaurant earned chef Alfred Portale a James Beard Award.

With all of these restaurant options, HelloNewYorkCity.com can surely help you find the perfect place to dine. Bon appétit!
