St. Clare Elementary School Reviews

There is something wonderful about St. Clare. It is its combination of strong academics and family/Christian values, small classes, excellent and caring teachers that makes St. Clare special. My two children are just thriving there, and I thank God every school day for having St. Clare helping me raise my children.

St Clare's offers nothing short of the best in education. The staff is so dedicated in ensuring that a child develops both academically, as well as socially, that you feel immediately that you made the right choice. The principle and school staff, as well as the Home and School Association works closely with school families to develop a sense of community!

I love St. Clare. My son is thriving in that school. I like the principal, the high level of instruction, the uniforms, the fact that the children are respectful. It is an old-fashion (in the good way) school. The eight-graders stand up and say 'Good morning Mrs. Wormer' when the principal walks into their class. St. Clare is heaven. There is computer and music instruction. The parents are very, very involved. It is very family-oriented.

This school is quite nice and has a great community with parent/teacher relationship.

My son is in Kindergarten. My husband and I had switched him from another Catholic school in Clifton to St. Clare. I am so glad and very thankful we did. He is doing so well. St. Clare's principal is such a positive, knowledgeable, and caring leader. And she encourages her staff to be the same. My son's teacher is fabulous and her hard work and dedication is reflected in my son's progress. He is reading so well and is also able to already do simple math and logical reasoning. He is also singing and talking in Spanish. We are lucky to have found such a great school.

My 4 boys have attended St. Clare School since Pre-k.Their ages are,18-15-12-8.The eldest two graduated 8th grade and were accepted into the private catholic high school of their choice.I received three scholorships(from the High School, due to high co-op scores),one son is in the scholars program and is on the honor roll. The transition into High School was seamless. The 3rd & 6th graders are excelling. The principle is very professional as are the teachers.(most teachers have been in the school 20+ years.)Academics are priority, dicipline, guidance & love follow. The children are all taught their academics, however many other things are taught. Respect, love of God & fellow man.I beleive all my childrens' accomplishments have been enhanced through the education & guidance they received in this school.

St. Clare has proven to be a nurturing and caring environment for my two daughters. The education they are receiving is wonderful and seems to expand every year.
