New York City New York Wyndham Hotel
Wyndham International's dream of operating and growing its brand in New York City has finally come true. For the first time ever, the company, whose portfolio includes branded homes in the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, will be able to operate a future Manhattan-based hotel in its existing, protected branded property as part of its portfolio. Under the newly acquired lease with the city's Department of Housing and Urban Development (DNYD), the Dallas-based chain will no longer be prohibited from entering New Yorkers under the Wynnham flag.
Plaza Central also hosts a lively social dining experience, presenting New Yorkers and guests with a variety of small plates popularized by Spain and inspired by the international flavors of local Manhattan cuisine, as well as vibrant food and beverage offerings. The Wyndham Bay Voyage, which invites visitors to seaside elegance, and a temporary online social network in the countryside promote an interactive atmosphere that allows hotel guests to socialize and communicate with others and hotel staff during their stay. The Company also owns the exclusive naming rights to the Wynn New York Plaza Central Hotel and its sister properties in the Bronx, Brooklyn and Queens.
